Role: Senior Project Manager, Data Centers | Owner’s Representative
Location: Tulsa
Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 + Package
Capstone is working in partnership with a leading Owner’s Representative firm to find a Senior Project Manager to lead a major data center construction project for a top-tier technology client.
This role requires overseeing projects from pre-construction through delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in general contracting or consulting, strong client-facing skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Oversee contract negotiations and design team coordination
- Manage construction activities, ensuring quality control and safety compliance
- Handle procurement, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Supervise document control and quality assurance processes
- Lead close-out procedures and resolve outstanding project issues
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in construction/project management
- Background in General Contracting or Consultancy
- Experience working on data center projects preferred
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- MBA is a plus but not required
