Role: Project Manager, Owner's Representative
Location: New York, NY
Salary: Up to $130,000 + Package

We are representing an expanding Cost & Project Management Consultancy headquartered in New York, with offices across the U.S. This organization has experienced significant early success due to their strong relationships with leading blue-chip companies. The firm prides itself on a dynamic culture akin to that of the world's leading high-tech clients, with whom they work extensively. The business leaders are highly hands-on and are on track to establish the company as a leader in Cost & Project Management in the USA.

The role entails overseeing project progression from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess consultancy and construction field expertise, coupled with strong client interaction and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish project schedules and budgets.
• Assisting in contract negotiations and design team coordination.
• Supporting construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Managing procurement and financial tracking.
• Overseeing document control and quality assurance processes.
• Assisting with close-out procedures and resolving any outstanding issues.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Background in General Contracting or Consultancy.
• Experience managing construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Effective communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in commercial interiors or high-tech environments is a plus.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
