Our client, a globally established consultancy, is expanding its U.S. presence and seeking a Director of Program Management to join their Chicago-based team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-profile global corporate client in the tech and data sector, managing complex corporate real estate projects and shaping the growth of their U.S. operations.

Role Overview
As the Director of Program Management, you will oversee the governance and delivery of capital expenditure projects across a corporate office portfolio. You'll lead a regional program team to implement best practices, develop policies and tools, and manage the execution of ongoing projects. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and experience working with global corporates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO function to ensure effective governance and consistent delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement policies, processes, and tools for data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients to capture and analyze data, supporting accurate budget setting.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery across the portfolio, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 8+ years in program/project management, with a focus on corporate real estate.
• Leadership: Strong client-facing skills, proactive approach, and a track record of managing teams and portfolios.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Smartsheets for project delivery is a plus.
• Location: Based in Chicago with minimal travel requirements.
