Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 base, depending on experience


Capstone have partnered with a leading project and cost management consultancy specializing in delivering exceptional results for clients across real estate, infrastructure, and mission-critical sectors. This organization has growth substantially over recent years and is looking to continue on this trajectory.

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter & HR Administrator to play a key role in attracting talent and supporting HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including project managers, cost managers, estimators, and administrative positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, build role profiles, and manage pipelines effectively.
  • Oversee the candidate experience to ensure timely and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies to support specialized hiring needs.

HR Administration

  • Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are set up for success with required resources, documents, and systems access.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and employee inquiries.
  • Support HR policy development, compliance updates, and implementation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including tracking employee participation and certifications.
  • Assist with performance reviews and provide support for employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably within construction, real estate, or project management sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
