Position: Senior Cost Manager
Location: New York, NY
Salary: Up to $160,000 + Extensive Company Benefits Package + Bonus

Capstone is partnering with a world-renowned independent construction and property consultancy to recruit a driven Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor for their New York office. This is a rare opportunity to join the mission-critical team and work on data center campus projects in the New York market. You will step into the role as number 2 to an established Director in the mission-critical space, providing invaluable experience and career progression in this high-demand field.

Skills and Experience:

• Degree qualified, preferably in a construction-related discipline
• MRICS qualification is desirable
• Pre- and post-contract experience in the United States
• Experience working on large, multi-million-dollar construction projects
• Strong initiative with the ability to deliver work of exceptional quality
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
• Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
• Confident, engaging personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills

For this position, our client is looking for candidates with US citizenship, Green Card, or currently working on E2 and E3 VISAs.
