We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support business development efforts, working closely with the senior leadership team. This role will be instrumental in winning new work, managing the RFP process, and creating compelling marketing materials for bids, proposals, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in securing new business by preparing bids, proposals, and marketing collateral.
• Work alongside senior leaders to develop high-quality presentations and pitch materials.
• Assist in designing and formatting proposals, utilizing PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other creative tools.
• Coordinate and manage RFP submissions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to enhance brand presence and marketing strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in marketing, business development, or bid coordination within the construction, real estate, or professional services sector.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to design visually appealing pitch decks and presentations.
• Experience with Photoshop and design tools to support branding and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with the RFP process, including bid preparation, submission tracking, and proposal writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
