Stephen Langton is an original member on the Board of Directors at Capstone. Based in London in his role as FD Stephen is responsible for the internal finance function within the Capstone Group of Companies.
Upon graduation from the University of West London, he spent his first five years training as a financial accountant in General Practice at Eacotts Chartered Accountants, this solid accounting training led to various senior positions in industry, the most notable of which were as the Chief Financial Officer of San Francisco based Partner Relationship Management software providers Relayware and Financial Director of Global Property Recruitment Agency Judd Farris, both of which he had a pivotal role in their multi-million dollar acquisitions to Albion Ventures and the MPS Group respectively.
Stephen brings his commercial and financial control skills to the Capstone Management Team, this blend of experienced recruiters and accounting discipline continues to provide a solid foundation in Capstone’s success and growth. Stephen describes his workplace as full of motivated and ambitious individuals who work very hard to achieve their goals but also have fun whilst doing it.
