Grant studied Economics at Harvard University and started his career in the financial services space working at a number of firms in both Boston and New York.
He transitioned to the recruitment space in 2018 when he started his own firm, focused on finance, construction, civil engineering and real estate and transitioned into a role as the National Practice Director for the construction and engineering vertical at a growing, boutique firm.
Grant now serves as the Vice President of North America for Capstone - focusing on specialized delivery for the Construction, real estate and development sectors across North America.
